We doen ons best om kleuren en afbeeldingen zo nauwkeurig mogelijk weer te geven, maar we kunnen niet garanderen dat jouw scherm ze precies zo weergeeft als ze zijn. Producten kunnen enigszins afwijken van de foto's.

We behouden ons het recht voor om de hoeveelheden van elk product te beperken. Alle productbeschrijvingen en prijzen kunnen zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden gewijzigd.

Alle prijzen zijn vermeld in euro (EUR) en zijn inclusief BTW, indien van toepassing. Wij accepteren de belangrijkste creditcards en andere betaalmethoden zoals weergegeven bij het afrekenen.

Wij behouden ons het recht voor om een bestelling te weigeren of te annuleren. Als wij een bestelling annuleren nadat de betaling heeft plaatsgevonden, zullen wij het volledige bedrag terugbetalen.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This is a statutory right. It applies in addition to — not instead of — our 30-night trial described below.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

Sending your message before the 14-day period expires is enough to meet the deadline.

After telling us, send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of that notice. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back, or from the day you supply evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not be charged any fee for the reimbursement.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Your statutory right of withdrawal is not conditional on the goods being unused or in their original packaging.

Wij bieden een proefperiode van 30 nachten op alle kussens. Indien u niet tevreden bent, kunt u het product binnen 30 dagen na levering retourneren voor een volledige terugbetaling. Het product dient in originele staat te zijn. De kosten voor retourzending zijn voor rekening van de koper, tenzij het product defect is.

Terugbetalingen worden verwerkt binnen 7-10 werkdagen na ontvangst van het geretourneerde artikel.

Everything we sell is covered by the statutory legal guarantee. If an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or a refund, for two years from delivery. This is free of charge and is separate from the right of withdrawal and the 30-night trial. Email info@nofluffpillow.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.

Onze producten zijn geen medische hulpmiddelen en zijn niet bedoeld om aandoeningen te diagnosticeren, behandelen of voorkomen. Hoewel veel klanten verbeterd slaapcomfort melden, kunnen individuele resultaten variëren.

Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan, is No Fluff niet aansprakelijk voor enige indirecte of gevolgschade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van onze producten of website.

If we can't reach an agreement, consumers may contact the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet), Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia, info@ttja.ee, and its Consumer Disputes Committee. Consumers may also contact the consumer protection authority or out-of-court dispute body in their own country of residence.

Deze voorwaarden worden beheerst door de wetten van de Republiek Estland. Eventuele geschillen zullen worden beslecht door de rechtbanken van Estland.

We kunnen deze voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. Wijzigingen worden van kracht wanneer ze op deze pagina worden gepubliceerd. Voortgezet gebruik van de site na wijzigingen houdt acceptatie van de bijgewerkte voorwaarden in.
