Returns
We want you to love your pillow. But buckwheat takes a few nights to get used to, so we give you 30 nights to decide.
Your statutory 14-day right. If you're a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. We refund everything you paid, including the standard outbound delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we get the pillow back (or after you show us you've sent it). No conditions on packaging or use.
30-night trial. On top of that, sleep on it for up to 30 nights. If it's not for you, send it back for a full refund of the purchase price. No questions, no hassle.
Condition. For returns made after the first 14 days, the pillow should be in a clean, usable condition — we recommend using a pillowcase during your trial. This condition applies to our voluntary trial only, not to your statutory 14-day right.
Return shipping. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. If the product arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping.
Refund timeline. Once we receive the returned product, refunds are issued to your original payment method no later than 14 days, and usually within 7–10 business days.
Cancelling within 14 days
EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from an order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Email info@nofluffpillow.com or use the model withdrawal form on our Terms & Conditions page. You bear the cost of returning the goods. This right sits alongside our 30-night trial — use whichever suits you.
How to start a return
Email us at info@nofluffpillow.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours. Returns go to M Portus OÜ, Kopli tn 70a, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia.
Damaged or defective items
If your pillow arrives damaged, contact us right away with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
