We currently ship within the EU only. If you're outside the EU and interested, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Returns
We want you to love your pillow. But buckwheat takes a few nights to get used to, so we give you 30 nights to decide.
30-night trial. Sleep on it for up to 30 nights. If it's not for you, send it back for a full refund. No questions, no hassle.
Condition. The pillow should be in a clean, usable condition. We recommend using a pillowcase during your trial period.
Return shipping. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. If the product arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping.
Refund timeline. Once we receive the returned product, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items
If your pillow arrives damaged, contact us right away with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
