We do our best to display colors and images accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen shows them exactly as they are. Products may vary slightly from photos.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This is a statutory right. It applies in addition to — not instead of — our 30-night trial described below.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement: email info@nofluffpillow.com, write to M Portus OÜ, Kopli tn 70a, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia, or use the model withdrawal form below. Sending your message before the 14-day period expires is enough to meet the deadline.

After telling us, send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of that notice. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back, or from the day you supply evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not be charged any fee for the reimbursement.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Your statutory right of withdrawal is not conditional on the goods being unused or in their original packaging.

On top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer a 30-night trial on all pillows. If the pillow isn't for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

For returns made under the voluntary trial after the statutory 14-day period has passed, we ask that the product is in clean, usable condition — we recommend using a pillowcase during the trial. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective. These conditions apply only to the voluntary trial and do not limit your statutory rights.

To start a return, email info@nofluffpillow.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours. Refunds are issued to your original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item, and usually within 7–10 business days.

Everything we sell is covered by the statutory legal guarantee. If an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or a refund, for two years from delivery. This is free of charge and is separate from the right of withdrawal and the 30-night trial. Email info@nofluffpillow.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. While many customers report improved sleep comfort, individual results may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M Portus OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

If we can't reach an agreement, consumers may contact the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet), Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia, info@ttja.ee, and its Consumer Disputes Committee. Consumers may also contact the consumer protection authority or out-of-court dispute body in their own country of residence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
